I, ATTY. CRISTINE E. PASCUAL-BELLO, of legal age, Filipino citizen,


and with office address at Unit M, 3rd Flr. Plaza Filipino Bldg., #80 Gen. Luna St.
cor. Libis Espina St., Caloocan City hereby authorized my office staff, LALAINE
CAPARAS and MARMELITO P. SAGON JR., to witness the signing of the
Special Power of Attorney (SPA) of ________________ as principal, who is
currently detained at Bureau of Jail Management and Penology - Caloocan City
Jail. Ms. Caparas and Mr. Sagon Jr. is likewise authorized to secure other
necessary documents to verify the identity of the affiant and take pictures of the
actual signing of the said SPA.
