The PMS 385 program office has delivered 13 battle force ships since 2013, including Expeditionary Fast Transports (EPF), Expeditionary Transfer Docks (ESD), Expeditionary Sea Bases (ESB), with the most recent delivery being the USNS HERSHEL "WOODY" WILLIAMS ESB4 in February 2018. Future deliveries are planned through 2023 and will include 2 more EPFs, an ESB, and an additional ESB in 2022-2023. The program has been very successful in delivering critical sealift capabilities to the Navy and Marine Corps ahead of schedule and within budget.
