19 WHEREAS on January 11, 2019, Defendant Geneva Lai accepted Plaintiffs Offer to
20 Compromise Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedures § 998 ("Offer") to have judgment
21 entered against her and paid Plaintiff, LegalForce RAPC Worldwide, P.C. (formerly Raj
22 Abhyanker, P.C.), in accordance with the Offer. Said Offer is attached hereto
23 as Exhibit A. Defendant and Plaintiff having signed said Offer,
24 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED as follows:
25 1. Judgment is hereby entered in favor of Plaintiff LegalForce RAPC Worldwide, P.C.
26 ("RAPe"), and against Defendant Geneva Lai ("Ms. Lai") as to RAPC's first cause of action for
27 fraud against Ms. Lai;
