Stepped up when lead teacher was hospitalized for several weeks and created lesson plans in unfamiliar subjects,
and utilized multiple learning styles to meet the needs of individual students.
Successfully established my presence as the new teacher and developed positive relationships with the students,
faculty, and office staff.
Implemented classroom management strategies and created a healthy learning environment. Once the teacher
returned after full recovery, the students thanked me with notes, offered gifts, and petitioned for me to stay.
