That I, LIBERTY CRUZAT MILAMBILING, married, of legal age,


Filipino citizen and a resident of Brgy. Lumangbayan, Calapan City for and
in consideration of the sum of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED (₱ 23,000) PESOS, Philippine Currency, to me in hand paid by
MARIA LINA MAGANDA MANALO, married, of legal age, Filipino
citizen and a resident of Duhat St., Brgy. Lalud, Calapan City the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledge, have sold, transferred and conveyed, as by
these presents do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolutely unto
said MARIA LINA MAGANDA MANALO, her heirs, executors and assigns
that certain Motor Tricycle described below:

and encumbrances;

That I hereby warrant to defend the title of the herein Vendee,


her heirs, executors and assigns in the property herein conveyed against the
lawful claims of all person whomsoever;

And further that the registration certificate for the said Motor Tricycle
be transferred in the name of the Vendee by virtue hereof and in the manner
provided by law.
