My Professional Development Plan

Guide Questions

1. What are the main activities that you engaged in during the activities?

Answer: The main activities I engaged in during the activities are the following: making of my
Personal Life Long Plan, Action Plan, Debate, my Classroom Management Plan and Personal
Development Plan and of course the brilliant chat sessions with my Flexible Tutor and
classmates.

2. How relevant and applicable is the course content in helping you become a teacher of
the 21st century.

Answer: In a world of surrounded technology the course content helps me a lot in developing
my KSAV’s in facilitating the 21st century education to become a 21st century teacher.

3. What challenges or difficulties did you experience during the course?

Answer: The challenges or difficulties I’ve experience during the course are the following:
Preparing my PLLP, Debate Script, Classroom Management Plan , Action Plan and Personal
Development Plan. Wherein it requires more time and focus to come up with a good and
excellent output that are SMART and can be applied in my daily teaching and can help develop
my students advancement of technology education.

4. What significant learning insights did you gain from the course?

Answer: The significant learning insights I’ve gain from the course are the following: the
attributes of 21st century education, the KSAV’s in facilitating the development of 21st century
skills, the literacies in the 21st century education, the four pillars of education, the KSAV’s as a
subject matter expert ,as a facilitator of learning ,and as a classroom manager. And also the
values and patience in making all the requirements and assignments for us to apply what we’ve
learned from the course.

5. What areas related to the 21st century literacies do you still need to improve and why?

Answer: In the areas of 21st century literacies, I still need to improve my arts and literacy and
financial literacy because I’m not fully equipped and literate on some aspects of these literacies.
I still need to improve and learn the KSAV’s under these for me to become fully equipped so
that I can give the best that I can to my students in terms on teaching these literacies because
these literacies are very useful in day to day life of every individual for them to become
responsible and productive citizens of the world.

6. What can you say about your overall experience in the course (comments, on chat,
forum, course requirement, tutor and online modality)

Answer: All I can say on my overall experience in the course, it was very challenging, brilliant,
fun, enjoyable and unique experience in schooling. In terms of chat sessions I feel it great and
fun chatting with my brilliant tutor and classmates. On the forum, it is very informative and
interactive. It helps us develop and create ideas about the topic. The course requirement, very
challenging and HOTs in nature that enables to show and give the very best we can in order to
cope up the good and excellent outputs. The tutor is very brilliant and patience. The online
modality was good but sometimes there are technical problems with the internet connections.

7. What are your other comments and a suggestion for inspiring the content coverage and
the way the course is delivered?

Answer: All I could say is that, the course is very relevant, useful and informative. It could
help every teacher to gear up of being responsible and outstanding in imparting the 21st
century education. Congratulations you inspire me so much. Keep it up and more power.
