Noodles cu Vita și Sos de Soia

Noodles cu vita

Ingrediente

400 g antricot de vita


3 cepe verzi
2 morcovi
3-4 catei de usturoi
3 felii ghimbir proaspat
ardei iute (cateva rondele)
sare
piper
2 linguri sos de soia dark
2 linguri sos de soia light
1 ceasca vin alb
2 linguri zeama de lime
sos dulce-iute
125 g noodles de orez

Mod de preparare

Pentru inceput am taiat carnea fasii si le-am pus la marinat cam 1 ora, intr-un sos format din:
sosul de soia, vin, zeama de lamaie, sare, piper.

Am pus taiteii la fiert in apa clocotita.

Am curatat legumele si le-am taiat: usturoiul si ghimbirul rondele, ceapa verde si morcovii sub
forma unor bastonase.

Am incins wok-ul la foc iute, am adaugat ulei de masline (eu folosesc o cantitate destul de mica) si
am adaugat ceapa, usturoiul, morcovii si ghimbirul.

Cui ii place mancarea usor picanta poate adauga cateva rondele de ardei iute.

Am sotat legumele max 2 minute, astfel ca morcovii au ramas crocanti, dupa care le-am scos pe o
farfurie.

In wok am adaugat din nou putin ulei si cand s-a incins bine am adaugat fasiile de carne scurse de
sos. Sosul l-am pastrat intr-un bol.

Am sotat si carnea la foc iute, am adaugat sosul in care s-a marinat si in plus sosul dulce-picant.
Acum carnea e frageda si pare usor caramelizata.

Peste noodles am adaugat legumele si carnea, impreuna cu sosul ramas in wok si am amestecat.
Am presarat cateva bastonase de ceapa verde si am servit.
