Prepaid Meter Online Recharge

Step 1: Consumer Navigates to http://www.mspdcl.com/

Step 2: Consumer Navigates to Prepaid Recharge for Genus option in the home page of the web
site.

Prepaid Meter Online Recharge

Step 3: Consumer will click on the link to access the Online Recharge Voucher generation Application

Step 4: This will show the consumer name, consumer location and meter number to the consumer.
The consumer will have to provide his e-mail address in which the voucher receipt will be sent via E-
Mail. Along with these the consumer will be able to see the validate button to perform a payment
online.

Step 5: Consumer will click on the validate button. This will introduce a new button called Proceed to
Pay. On Click of this button, will redirect the consumer to Bill desk PG page.

Step 6: Consumer will provide the card details and click on Make Payment. Consumer will be redirect
to the bank page.

Step 7: Consumer will have to complete the transaction. On successful transaction the consumer will
be redirected to the payment acknowledgement page.

Step 8: Consumer has to click on the Download Receipt button to get the voucher code in a PDF file.
The file will also be send to the email id provided by the consumer.
