2. The date of meter reading stated is the day the meter reading was taken
3. The VAT status of the generator has not changed
4. No extensions or reductions have taken place without notifying EDF Energy
5. The details previously provided by the generator are still complete and accurate
and have not change for which EDF Energy has used to update the Central FIT Register
6. The installation is in good working order

detailed in section 1.
