regarding the needs of your community in development. This in particular is a requirement needed
in our NSTP 1, Civic Welfare Training Service.

In line with this, we would like to humbly ask you for a short interview as we believe that
you are knowledgeable about this matter and that you are extensively experienced in the said field.
We would like to know if you are available on February 13 (Wednesday), around 4 in the
afternoon, or if you could provide us with a time much fitted for your schedule otherwise.
