INSTRUCTIONS TO THE APPLICANTS:
1. Retired faculty also can apply (as per MCI norms), Those appointed will be paid monthly
consolidated pay.
2. The educational qualification of the candidate should be recognized by Medical Council of India.
Certificates to this effect may be enclosed along with application. Please refer MCI letter No:
MCI-12(1)/2015-TEQ/131880 dated 03.09.2015 on clarification with regard to research
publications in the matter of promotion for Teaching faculty in a medical college/institutions.
3. The date, month and year of passing the degree and details of experience must be given clearly
to assess the experience requirement.
4. The total experience as on the last date for receipt of application will be taken into account and
must be indicated clearly.
5. The qualifications, age, experience, shall be supported by true copies.
6. If qualified candidates are not forthcoming, the Institute reserves the right to fill up the post at a
lower level than that advertised. The Institute reserves the right either to fill up or not to fill up
any or all the above posts.
7. Candidates who have not fulfilled as per the requirement will not be called for the interview.
8. Candidates who are already employed (Government / Any Institute) should forward their
applications through proper channel failing which their application shall not be considered.
9. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
10. The applications may be downloaded from the website and filled in applications (as per
instructions) should be sent to the Director cum VC, SVIMS University, Tirupati – 517 507 along
with necessary enclosures (self attested), relating to qualifications, experience, certificate of
birth, paper publications, and two passport size photographs on or before 15.03.2019.

11. Reprints of all publications have to be enclosed. Any other relevant outstanding National /
International achievements in the profession supported by documents if any, must also be
enclosed.
12. If selected for interview, the candidates are required to appear for a personal interview at their
cost on the date, time and venue that will be intimated to them in due course. No TA/DA will be
paid for attending the interview.
13. The decision of the institute on the eligibility of the candidates shall be final and no
correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
