payment of your draft at sight drawn on Bank BCA bearing the clause "Drawn under Letter of Credit
K2308 issued by Bank of Switzerland City " when accompanied by the folowing documents:
1. packing list
2. signed commercial invoice indicating the buyer’s
3. full set 3/3 clean on board ocean bill of lading
4. insurance policy covering institute cargo clause
5. certificate of origin
6. surveyour report
7. manufacturer certificate
8. processing license

Shipment from: Pontianak, export-country to Freulendfeld, Switzerland, import-country


Partial shipment: prohibbited
Transhipment: permitted

Presentation of this Letter of Credit for payment may be made at the office of Bank of Switzerland
City at Switzerland by causing some to be delivered by recognized national carrier without the necessity
of the physical presence of a representatve of the Beneficiary. The Issuer and the Beneficlary agree that
any litigation with regard fo this Letter of Credit shall be held before o Court of appropriate jursalction
This Letter of Credit K2308 is vald for one calendar year from September 23, 2019 and is
automatically renewabie for additional one-year periods without any effort on the port of the Town of
Pontianak until the aforesaid deveopment contract is satisfied in full.
Should Bank Central Asia decide not to renew this Letter of Credit Pontianak, Bank of Switzerland
City agrees to notify the Town of Pontianak in writing ninety (90) days prior to its expration date,
certified mall return recept requested, at which time the Town of Pontianak can draw up to the full face
value of the Letter of Credit K2308.
