approved by the principal.
Continuously exposing students into new learning experiences through the
subjects assigned to me.
Religiously doing my tasks as a teacher such as updating my daily lesson log,
submitting forms or reports on time and teaching my students with passion and
determination.
Last school year 2017-2018 (first year in service), I was rated with an over-all
