Even
though
there
are
over
eighty
iden0fied
autoimmune
diseases,
affec0ng
over
23
million
Americans,
few
people
even
know
what
these
condi0ons
are.
This
lack
of
awareness
is
causing
extreme
pain
and
disability
to
millions
and
even
death.
But,
the
good
news
is
that
these
diseases
are
preventable,
reversible
and
even
curable-‐-‐-‐if
caught
early.
You
don’t
have
to
suffer
for
life,
or
rely
solely
on
medica0ons
that
cause
even
more
side
effects.
You
don’t
have
to
live
in
pain,
or
disability,
or
fear
death

you

your
body

mind

they

heal

I
am
a
textbook
example
of
reversing
a
disabling
and
poten0ally
deadly
autoimmune
disease.
I
was
diagnosed
with
Mul0ple
Sclerosis
in
1984,
and
told
there
was
no
known
cause
and
no
cure.
At
first
I
felt
hopeless
with
the
dire
prognosis
I
was
given
and
the
total
unavailability
of
treatment
op0ons.
But,
when
the
shock
wore
off,
I
changed
my
thinking.
I
realized
it
didn’t
make
sense
to
me
that
there
was
“no
solu0on
or
cure”.
In
my
mind,
there
is
always
a
solu0on
for
every
problem
or
challenge;
so
I
decided
to
take
my
health
into
my
own
hands;
and
I
was
able
to
reverse
my
MS
in
less
than
one
year.
In
fact,
I
actually
felt
much
beRer
and
the
majority
of
the
symptoms
had
diminished
in
just
a
few
months.
I
was
fortunate—I
caught
it
early-‐-‐-‐only
eight
months
from
the
0me
I
experienced
my
first
symptoms—vision
problems,
numbness,
palsy,
and
problems
with
balance
and
coordina0on.
And,
even
more
fortunate
because
I
was
quickly
referred
by
an
acquaintance
to
a
team
of
integra0ve
physicians
who
offered
me
solu0ons
to
reverse
my
MS.
My
team
consisted
of
an
Internist,
a
Naturopath
and
a
Homeopathic
physician,
and
with
their
guidance,
self-‐study,
and
a
strong
will
and

I
was
able
