45 Day Money Back Guarantee

1. If your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund within 45 days of receiving it.

2. If the product works (but you do not wish to retain it) you can also send it back within a 45 day period

for a refund.

One Year Free Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is one year counted from the date of

purchase.Within one year of the purchase date, buyers can return items for free repairs. Buyers pay the

shipping fees for sending the item back to us, while we pay for the shipping fees for sending the

repaired item back to the buyer.

Express shipping such as DHL, UPS and FedEx is not allowed for returns, as this will
lead to high Customs tariffs. If tariffs must be paid, we will act in accordance with our own policies.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Clearance in customs, even for postal packages, is unfortunately a long process.

For items to pass from Hong Kong to Shenzhen, it can sometimes take more than a week. This is sadly

beyond our control. If you need replacements sent to you or to a customer urgently, please place a new

order from our website in the meantime.

Please return products in the original boxes with all accessories. Products must be securely

packed. Do not enclose your own belongings or accessories such as movie DVDs left inside DVD

players.

Note: Please use a nominal value to declare your goods.

On the declaration form on the package, please indicate “Faulty products returned under warranty”.
