RESPONSIBLE HANDLED FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED PROJECT
Execution of piping works as per approve drawings.
Preparation distribution and updating of list of drawings received from client.
Familiar with various piping material like stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, LTCS etc.
Work distribution as per ability of co-workers or foreman. And Monitor workflow.
Involvement for solution of workflow related problems.
Proper arrangement of equipment and manpower based on the site without delaying of production
daily bases.
Prepare daily reports of work progress and manpower utilization. Maintain proper housekeeping of the
work location.
Have knowledge in interpret drawings (Isometrics, P& ID, GAD).
Supervision of various activities.
Drawing clarification or modification as per requirement with involvement of Client.
Preparation of work schedule on weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure that all fabrication/welding/erection related records such as bill of materials, weld cards,
consumables etc.., are properly archived, and co-operate safety and QA/QC inspectors by performing
as per their recommendations.
Day to day progress monitoring and reporting at sites supervision of the following works :-
(i) Plant piping
(ii) Handling equipment’s pips, structural steel, spools and supports.
(iii) Fabrication of spools and supports and erection.
(iv) All types of valves erection.
(v) Hydro test.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION.
Obtained Post Graduate Diploma In oil and gas piping from SMEC Labs Visakhapatnam, with 15 day's
hands on practical experience in welding positions, welding defects and imperfections, casting
defects, forming defects, pipe components, Fitting valves, Visual testing ,Ultrasonic testing, Magnetic
particle testing, liquid penetrate testing, Radiography testing.
TECHNICAL SKILLS.
PG Diploma in Oil and gas piping and QA/QC Engg.
