The document provides design calculations for structural elements of a 3-storey residential building including: 1) Design of a beam with a span of 5.5m including reinforcement details. 2) Design of a column with dimensions of 200mm x 400mm including reinforcement and tie spacing details. 3) Design of an isolated footing to support the column including calculated steel reinforcement. The calculations follow design codes and consider loadings, material strengths, dimensions, and code requirements to size elements and determine reinforcement.
