PETITION FOR PROBATION
ACCUSED-PETITIONER thru counsel and to the Honorable
Court, most respectfully avers:
1. That a decision was rendered in the instant case which
was promulgated on June 21, 2019 finding the accused
guilty beyond reasonable doubt for the crimes charged
by reason of a plea-bargaining agreement to suffer a
penalty within six (6) years for each count;
2. That accused-petitioner does not intend to appeal the
said decision as he will be availing the privileges
under P.D. 968 as amended, otherwise known as the
Probation Law;
3. That petitioner possessed all the qualifications and
none of the disqualifications for probation;
4. That petitioner is a resident of Calabnigan, Virac,
Catanduanes where he may be served with summons,
notices, and other court processes;
PRAYER
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is most
respectfully prayed that after due consideration and
investigation, this petition for probation be approved and
granted.
Such other relief just and equitable under the premises
is likewise prayed for.
