Cauliflower Mash

10 cups of cauliflower
Imitation butter to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste

Tips:

Add water to just above cauliflower level and bring to boil.


When it starts to break apart, drain it and then mash it.
