PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am a highly creative Graphic and UI designer with 4 + year experience .proficient in making
banners,Logo,brochure, Business-Cards,Website designs,Creating PSD and converting to
HTML,Creating Responsive websites. My key strength are HTML, CSS,Bootstrap
,photoshop,indesign, corelDRAW ,illustrator. I build simple interfaces by writing
maintainable CSS. Performing W3C Validation of websites to ensure the site works. I have
worked on Creating Responsive websites using CSS media queries. I have created responsive
web sites in various domains like Real estate, education, power, online stores, online food
store, consulting firms and personalized web sites for various professionals.
I have an advanced knowledge of user experience and I’m looking to develop my career in a
supervisory role focusing on high profile projects.

Recent work in project Description:

GOLECHI:-

Golenchi is the complete cloud based HR solution for a small to medium size organization. It
is used to centralize and automate all possible HR activities. This will help both employer and
employee in many aspects. Like many manual processes will be taken care by the system like
Leave Management, Payroll Management, Employee Records Management, Exit Process
Management, Pay Slip Management, Notification for several alerts on the basis of company
requirement like unplanned leave alert to HR and Reporting Manager. For User
Management this product will use RBUM (Role Base User Management System) APIs.

The project’s basic features are described in the following:-

• Employer can do sign up from Golenchi web portal.
• Other users/employees of Golenchi can be created by admin user.
• Multiple roles and access management system is supported.
• Admin user can create their leave types , Designation & Department etc.

Role:-

My role in this project was making Html and Responsive page.

FE-CREDIT:-

Direct Sales Agent is a department of an organization Consumer Finance Company, which is

mainly responsible for selling personal loans directly. The objective of this project is to
implement a mobile application, which can run on iOS, Android and Windows consistently,
to support Direct Sales members with their daily jobs in their corresponding position. To
support mobile application, the back end system will be there which will be managed by
Admin user.

The project’s basic features are described in the following:-

• The front end module will be having features like Profile, Sales , Information , Calculation ,
Monitoring , Report , Check.
• The back end system will have feature like
o Admin
o Create User
o Setup role and privileges on module and sub module

Role:-

My role in this project was making Html and Responsive page in CMS Page.

Patient Engagement Azurewebsites(PEA):-

The goal of the Web-based Patient Engagement Application (PEA) project designed for
establishment and improvement of doctor-patient interaction where user visit the website
and take online appointment as per own require time. Authorized user, Admin and Doctor
Approved the appointment and doctor able to write prescription. This application is useful
for medical and health professionals who visit patients every now and then and needs a way
to keep track of medical records.
