CORKAGE FEE Applies only to outside catering and services; bottled drinks such as
wine, liquor or beer brought in by the guests. Any electrical appliance is
also charged appropriately. For guests bringing and cooking own food,
utensils are not provided by the resort.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Written advise of cancellation or rebooking must be done 14 days prior to arrival to avoid loss of deposit.
"Deposit amount" is fifty percent of total package price.
If cancellation or rebooking is done within 3-14 days to arrival date, a cancellation charge of 20% of ‘deposit
amount’ will be charged. Bank charges will be shouldered by guest.
If cancellation or rebooking is done only three days in advance, you shall be charged fifty percent (50%) of
total “deposit amount”.
Refund is made to you by bank deposit no later than 30 days from the time of cancellation.
Exceptions for cancellations may be considered due to extreme weather conditions. In which case, the full
deposit may be rebooked.

Limited slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly make prior reservations.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit is necessary to confirm a reservation. Payment may be made to
