The container is metal clad and is of robust construction and provides Type: SafePlus Type C,V
IP55 protection for the switchgear and control system. The Rated Voltage: 15kV

installation. The container incorporates forklift pockets, DNV Nominal Frequency: 50Hz / 60Hz
overhead lifting points and twist lock corners. Short Time Current: 21 kA

Enclosures Control Interlock Panel
Folded steel and ISO container type enclosure are both available in
two forms: one designed for fixed installation at permanent outdoor When the control panel is energised, the main transformer cooling
locations, the other transportable for moving from site to site. Both fans will operate and a supply made available to the Battery

Transformers
The transformers are housed at each end of the enclosure and
accessed by double doors. The base of the enclosure transformer
section is continuously welded to form a ‘Bund’ in the event of
cooling oil leakage.
Additional cooling is provided by fans mounted in the side of the
enclosure.
Protection device for the transformer and access doors are wired to
the control panel.
