Terms & Conditions

Eligibility criteria for Campaign:

o FD needs to be booked between the dates 4th Jan – 31st Jan 19 (“Campaign
Period”) by existing customer of YES BANK
o Tenure of the FD needs to be minimum of 6 months or more and with the value
of INR 1 lakh or higher
o FD booked via digital channels – Retail NetBanking, YES Mobile, YES Robot will
only be considered
o Senior citizen FD interest rates are applicable for domestic deposits only of value
less than INR 1 Crore.
o Customer booking FD as mentioned above during Campaign Period will get an
** e-voucher of INR 250.
o The offer is not valid for YES BANK employees

** The e-voucher will be issued subject to below mentioned Terms & Conditions:-

o e-Voucher will be shared on the registered email ID / Mobile Number via


email/SMS (respectively) within 60 working days of campaign end date (31st Jan
2019)
o Interest rates are subject to change at sole discretion of YES BANK. Condition
apply
o e- Voucher will be dispatched only for FD which are not closed on the date of
dispatch of voucher.
o Each customer can qualify only once during the campaign period.
o FDs shall be governed by the terms and conditions as applicable to YES BANK
Fixed Deposit
o Redemption of e-Voucher shall be subject to terms and conditions of Amazon
o e- Voucher enumerated herein shall be non-transferable and / or non-negotiable.
o No cash or any other substitute shall be offered against the e-Voucher
o Participation in this Campaign shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms
and conditions governing the campaign.
General Terms and Conditions

 In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of YES BANK shall be final and binding in
all respects
 Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions
governing the Offer. YES BANK reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the
terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior
intimation, whatsoever. YES BANK also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer
without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. The Offer
shall not be available wherever it is prohibited under law and / or cannot be offered for
any reasons, whatsoever.
 YES BANK does not make any representation or warranty whatsoever in connection with
the services offered by Amazon including the quality thereof and shall not be responsible
in any way whatsoever for the same.
