Power train development of Electric Vehicle 09/2018- present
Working as a structural team member in TEAM CLEAN ELECTRIC in IIT BHU,Varanasi.
Responsibility involve for the design and fabrication of power train and Battery pack of electric vehicle.
Mounting strategy of all the electrical component, thermal component, battery pack and motor for
retrofitting in the existing vehicles.

Development of an innovative welding process operating at Eutectic temperature (Eutectic welding) and

Prepared a Eutectic alloy of Aluminium and copper by stir casting and characterized it.
Welding of aluminium with copper and aluminium with aluminium was successfully done at low heat
input using different processes.

Welding and Characterization of two dissimilar metals “Stainless Steel” and “Titanium”
Optimized the parameters for the better welding. 12/2017(1 month)
Titanium and Stainless steel was welded by buttering of CuSi3 brazing wire by MIG Welding.
