 Working as a structural team member in TEAM CLEAN ELECTRIC in IIT BHU,Varanasi.
 Responsibility involve for the design and fabrication of power train and Battery pack of electric vehicle.
 Mounting strategy of all the electrical component, thermal component, battery pack and motor for
retrofitting in the existing vehicles.

 Development of an innovative welding process operating at Eutectic temperature (Eutectic welding) and
Characterization (06/2018-07/2018)
 Prepared a Eutectic alloy of Aluminium and copper by stir casting and characterized it.
 Welding of aluminium with copper and aluminium with aluminium was successfully done at low heat
input using different processes.

 Vocational training at Diesel locomotive work (DLW), Varanasi, India 05/2018(1 month)
 Explored different workshop dealing with manufacturing and assembly of spare parts of Diesel-Electric
locomotive.

 Welding and Characterization of two dissimilar metals “Stainless Steel” and “Titanium”
 Optimized the parameters for the better welding. 12/2017(1 month)
 Titanium and Stainless steel was welded by buttering of CuSi3 brazing wire by MIG Welding.
