IN pursuance of the powers conferred on me by the
Imperial Merchant Shipping Act 1894, as amended, I,
SIR PAUL MEERNAA CAEDWALLA HASLUCK,
the Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Aus-
tralia, hereby authorize the registrar of British ships at
the port of Sydney in the State of New South Wales
or any officer acting under his control authorized by
him, to dispense with the production of the builder's
certificate and documents of sale in respect of the ship
Marybel in connexion with the registration of that
ship in the name of Richmond Fraser Grant.
