of strength is accentuated by the winding, twisted and willful shape of the vine stock, which seems
to have gone through many difficulties and struggles in our life.
Ingredient and Equipment Checklist:
1 kilogram of bananas
Granulated sugar
Filtered water
Wine yeast
Casserole
2 liters of water
Strainer
Bottle
Cheesecloth
Procedure:
Slice the banana
Put the banana in the casserole with boiling water
Let it boil for 30 minutes to extract the banana
Extract the banana and strain the banana extract
Add the yeast to the extract and stir it well
And add the granulated sugar
Pour the extract in the bottle
Cover the lid of the bottle with cheesecloth and let it sit for 3 weeks of fermentation process.
