Gerrit, What Does RC Stands For?: Constitutionalist
This invasion into Iraq was unconstitutional and I placed this also in my appeals before the
County Court of Victoria exercising federal jurisdiction in AEC v Schorel-Hlavka.
Moreover I submitted that the 2001 federal election was invalid as it was held a week to early
and so no one was validly elected. By the provisions of Section 64 of the constitution then any
Minister seized to be a Minister after 3 months where the election was invalid. It means we had
no legitimate government at the time of the invasion. Also only a Governor-General can declare
war!
Sir JOHN DOWNER.-We spend time enough in discussing things here, and when every one is agreed that
this clause is not to be adopted in the form in which it is printed, but is only to be a power of the Parliament,
it is not worth while to discuss the question of whether it is [start page 1665] absolutely necessary to put in
Any matters necessary for or incidental to the carrying into execution of the foregoing powers, or of any
other powers vested by this Constitution in the Parliament or Executive Government of the Commonwealth,
or in any department or officer thereof.
I venture to say that these are not necessary or incidental to the execution of any powers. The
Commonwealth will come into existence under this Constitution plus English law, one of whose
principles is that the Queen can do no wrong. That is the foundation on which the Constitution is
     established.

QUOTE Mr. BARTON (New South Wales).-
Then, again, there is the prerogative right to declare war and peace, an adjunct of which it is that the
Queen herself, or her representative, where Her Majesty is not present, holds that prerogative. No one
would ever dream of saying that the Queen would declare war or peace without the advice of a
      responsible Minister.

QUOTE
Mr. DEAKIN: We can make an exception in favour of imperial interests. We have no desire to interfere
with the imperial prerogative in matters of war and peace!

I infact wrote to the then General Cosgrove in July 2002 that to invade any country the
Governor-General first needed to publish in the Gazette a Declaration of War naming the country
to be invaded. Well no such Declaration of War was issued to invade Iraq, hence the invasion
was unconstitutional and treasonous. So now they seem to use former generals to become
Governor-Generals as to have warmongers in place to provide some Declaration of War., if
needed.
Let us not ignore that Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State reportedly stated that she would
ignore the UN when she held it wouldn’t approve of invading some country.
Well, we should have learned by now that the USA is always warmongering and we if we want
to be really independent should tell the USA that if it has an issue with Iran then take it to the UN
and to the International Court of Justice but do not take the law into your own hands as the
Commonwealth of Australia will have no part in it.
Remember the Coalition of the willing terrorist, mass murders, etc?

Prisoners were drugged, shackled, hooded and strapped to stretchers by rendition teams dressed
entirely in black and communicating only in sign language. Some were placed in coffins during the
flight; others were beaten repeatedly during their transfer. This procedure was designed, in the
words of one memo, to create ‘significant apprehension in the detainee because of the enormity
and suddenness of the change in the environment, the uncertainty about what will happen next,
and the potential dread they might have of US custody.
One man had been waterboarded – drowned to the point of convulsions, vomiting and unconsciousness – 183
times in one month. Others had been placed for hours in boxes so small they had to crouch, or deprived of
sleep for weeks at a time. One had been killed – through a combination of neglect, ill-treatment and avoidable
hypothermia. This wasn’t ‘enhanced interrogation’. This was torture.

More British complicity exposed in latest ‘CIA Torture Unredacted’ report
QUOTE
Once suspects were in secret detention, British intelligence and security agencies were, in many cases,
intimately involved in the torture that took place, either by participating in the interrogations, by providing
the intelligence that formed the basis of the torture, or by receiving intelligence gained through torture. The
ISC found that, in at least 232 cases, UK officials supplied questions or intelligence to partners after they
knew, or suspected, that mistreatment of the detainees in question was taking place.
The role played by the UK in the CIA torture programme is also highlighted by the degree to which British
territory was used by CIA aircraft as refuelling stops while undertaking rendition operations. Collation and
analysis of flight data associated with CIA rendition aircraft, and the correlation of this with data concerning
prisoner transfers, has allowed us to establish that UK involvement in the rendition programme was much
more extensive than previously thought. British territory was central to the rendition of at least 28 prisoners
between secret prisons, some of whom were subjected to torture. Mainland UK was used to facilitate the
rendition of so-called ‘high-value detainees’ to secret detention in Poland – others were rendered to proxy
detention in Egypt, Jordan or Morocco on aircraft that used UK territory as a staging post.
European partners playing key logistical roles in the rendition network included the UK, Germany, Spain,
      Ireland, and Cyprus.

* So you hold that every state and federal politician should speak up against any intervention
against Iran and pursue a ROYAL COMMISSION into the armed invasion into Iraq and
Afghanistan?
**#** Again, that I view is the duty and obligation of each and every state and federal politician!
Mr. GORDON.-There will be more than one sentry. In the case of a federal law, every member of a
state Parliament will be a sentry, and, every constituent of a state Parliament will be a sentry.
I will not go along with whatever warmongering nations are promoting for the sake of a war with
Iran. Remember how they wanted to go to war against North Korea?
Well, there is the United nations they can go to and the International Court of Justice and
Criminal Court of Justice and let us refrain from taking the law into our own hands merely to
support the war industry being able to sell its weaponry.

      Key points:
The United States has been trying to convince allies to join an international coalition to protect shipping routes
The requests have come following Iran's seizure of a British-flagged oil tanker
Australian ministers vowed to keep the country's foreign policy relationship in lock-step with the US
END QUOTE
No, we must remain impartial and not join warmongering merely because the USA was all along
to have a military confrontation with Iran.

Describing the US-Australia alliance as "unbreakable", Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said he hoped the junior ally

No we should not be their lapdog and this whole notion to be some independent nation when all

This year's round of AUSMIN talks was preceded by a bold announcement of the Pentagon's intentions to place
intermediate-range missiles capable of flying around 1,000km in locations throughout Asia.
Secretary Esper had briefed travelling media on his flight to Sydney from Hawaii, that he would like to see the weapons
deployed within "months", but did not say where they would be based or whether he had a more precise timetable in
      mind.
Since the Cold War, America had been bound by a treaty controlling the proliferation of such missiles, but formally
withdrew from it on Friday last week.
Even without details on numbers and locations, signalling an intention to put batteries of US missiles in countries
throughout the Asia-Pacific raises the prospect of an arms race between the US and its main rival, China.
"The presence of the US and its military forces in this region has been a force for stability for decades and Australia has
consistently welcomed that force and presence," she said.
The missile pronouncement is only the latest in a series of more belligerent statements the Trump administration is
      directing towards China.

I for one oppose to have weapons installed in the commonwealth of Australia against a friendly
nation China as this could be deemed to constitute a DECLARATION OF WAR by China. No
matter what personal views anyone may have about China we cannot and must not play some
puppet-on-a-string to be actively involved in deployment of weapons against a trading partner.
* Didn’t Marise Payne one write to you opposing war, when she was in opposition?
**#** Well, that was my understanding from her writings but it seems being in government she
is more to me like a chameleon.
* Do you view that we should be independent from oil and/or gas imports?
**#** We should be self sustainable so that in case we are somehow drawn into a war we do not
have for example an armed forces that is grounded due to lack of fuel. Neither should be have
our national security compromised by foreign nations controlling our energy supplies. It all
should be in the hands of our governments. Fancy having mobile phones but some foreign power
decide to use its corporations that many our electricity to simply cut off all electricity. Forget
about using mobile phones or other electrical charged items. This is why it is so vital that each
state has reliable infrastructures for the vital needs of supply of energy as may be needed.
Otherwise some nation will invade us and take over and no matter on which political side you
now might be then you are out and face the consequences of having some foreign nation
establishing its own infrastructure regardless of what past politicians might have been willing to
accept.
*. So your advice is to get smart and ensure we are self sufficient in energy and not to get
involved in war mongering and having weapons installed controlled by a foreign nation?
**#** Indeed, that I view every politician who consciously represent his/her constituence will
pursue and support my call for many years to have a royal commission into the iraq and
Afghanistan invasions.
We need to return to the organics and legal principles embed in of our federal constitution!
