 ANNEXURE – 1 :: Salient Features of AquaRO SYSTEM

01. The proposed Water Treatment plant based on Reverse Osmosis Technology shall be designed to produce product
water at the flow rate of 250 LPH as below mentioned.

Note :: The proposed water treatment system based on R O Technology shall be even Work continuously for 10 –12
hr Per day.

02. MOC of the RO Membrane housing, which houses the RO Membranes inside them, shall be FRP. The heart of the
system becomes very much critical criteria when the chemical cleaning shall be done.

03. The proposed Water Treatment System shall be FULLY - AUTOMATIC system, not the conventional Manual
system, which will be operated through control panel. The control panel will give the continuous display of the
Product water quantity before it enters into the RO to Product water storage tank.The proposed Water treatment
system will also trip in the eventuality of Low Suction Pressure and High Level.

04. MOC of pressure vessel for Dual media Filters shall be FRP.

05. Multi-port valve mechanism shall be provided for each of the Filter system instead of conventional Six – valve
mechanism to facilitate the smooth operation and less maintenance requirement.

06. All inter connecting as well as frontal pipe-work for the entire system shall be made of Advance Extra Strong PVC
instead of conventional of SS / MS piping.

07. Disciplinary Monthly regular services of the system shall be provided.

08. MOC of structure is SS 304 will give you long life of RO plant preventive from corrosion.

GUARANTEE / WARANTEE
The water treatment system supplied shall be guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of Commissioning OR 18
Months from the date of last major supply, whichever will be earlier. Equipment guarantee shall be valid against defective
workmanship and / or poor performance of the system only. Your liability is limited to replace the same and not subject to any
Wear / tear.
Above guarantee is subjected to:
01. Using spare parts / consumables recommended by us.

The proposed Water Treatment plant based on RO Technology shall be designed to Produce product water at the flow
rate of 250 LPH as per below mentioned.

been an implication on the Operating parameters and End – water quality if the system.
2. Feed limiting condition mentioned in our offer shall be strictly maintained.
3. Operation of water treatment plant shall be strictly followed in totality as per your operating manual & instruction.

 ANNEXURE – 6 :: Price, Commercial Terms & Conditions

PRICE
Our price for Design, Engineering, Erection Commissioning, supply of proposed Water treatment system, based on RO
System as described in our earlier Annexure Shall be

Rs. 1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lac Twenty Thousand only)

Our price is EX- works (Factory) and inclusive of Transportation up to your site.
SALES TAX :: Extra at actual, at present @ 5 % VAT on plant equipment.
However, any change in Govt. levies / interpretation / etc. at the of Execution will be on Buyer’s Account.

PAYMENT TERMS :: 50% in advance

Balance 50 % within fifteen days after commissioning of system.
All the payment and Purchase Order should be in favor of “AQUARO WATER
SOLUTIONS” by DD or cheque payable at Surat.

DELIVERY :: Within 7 Days from the date of receipt of PO & Advance Payment subject to Force Majeure
Clause.

VALIDITY :: 45 DAYS. Once the Purchase order confirmed within validity period cannot be canceled on
either side.

GUARANTEE / WARANTEE

FOREIGNEXCHANGE VARIATIN CLAUSE

We have considered the prevailing foreign exchange market rates at the date and time of our Proposal for our imported
components. However, any change in the Foreign Exchange rates At the date and time of issuance of Purchase Order will be on
Buyer’s Account.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE ::

Our offer is subject to the acceptance of Force Majeure Clause such as Strike, Lockout, Non Availability of raw materials, or
Acts of God such as Fire, Flood, Draught, Earthquake, etc., Which are beyond our control.
