How to upgrade the camera software version

Note:

1. Check the software version of the camera and download the corresponding firmware.

2. The first three numbers sets of software versions must be the same as the firmware version, for example, software
version is "V10.1.4.4.0-20170804", you can upgrade the firmware "V10.1.4.5.1-20170804", both is "V10.1.4.......".

3. Follow the steps below to upgrade the firmware!

4. The camera can not be powered off during the upgrade process!

5. If do not obey the instruction for upgrade, the camera maybe damaged totally, customer bear all losses.

The upgrade steps are as follows:


1. Run the search tool to find the camera.

2. Run IE browser to access the camera.


3. Go to the "Settings" - "System '-" Initialize "page.

4. select the firmware file and click" OK " button start the upgrade.
5. Wait until the camera upgrade is complete.
