Agile Airplane Game

The document describes an Agile airplane game simulation exercise where teams compete to design and build paper airplanes. Teams are split into companies and must complete orders within timed sprints to earn revenue while managing costs. Orders include beginner, intermediate, and advanced planes with different values. Aspects of Agile like prioritized backlogs, demos to the "customer", and a changing market are demonstrated through safety issues pulling a plane and new order types.
