SCOPE

This document provides the technical specification & constructional details of


Slamshut valve series CSV 1000.

2. DESCRIPTION

CSV 1000 is a self operated safety isolation valve for gas transmission lines. It is
suitable for clean and non corrosive gases. CSV 1000 valves are top – entry type
designed to allow easy maintenance without removing the valve from the pipe line. It
can be set to close the line in case of over pressure and / or under pressure. There is
also a manual tripping provision for manual intervention whenever desired at site.

CSV 1000 series can be a standalone device or can be integrated along with CGR
2000 series gas regulators.
