Introduction
The burger castle is a small burger shop that offers a ready made and customize
burgers. The business is open for all ages, child or adult, students, employees or even passer
by. The owners ensure that the products use by the business are safe and fresh yet in
affordable price that suit to the budget of customers. The main offer of this burger shop is
the customized burger, wherein the customer is the one who will make, cook and choose
their stuffing and toppings as well. It also offers varieties of option like ready to eat burger
such as bacon burger, hambuger, ham with cheese burger etc with free juice. The owners
intended to have a spacious and friendly environment for the customer to feel comfortable.
The business is located at R.E Chico st. Baliuag, Bulacan. it is a commercial
establishment where different shop is also located. It is near at St. Mary’s College of
Baliwag, where people and possible customers will passes by.

Chapter I
Business Aspect

Business Name: Burger Castle


We named our business " Burger Castle" because we want a unique way of selling
this product. The customers will act as king and queen because they are the one who will
create their own burger castle. They are the one who will choose what would be the
ingredients of their burger.

Business Logo:

This logo presents our business which is "Burger Castle". We designed our logo
that is related to our business name. Castle symbolized that the customer is the one who
will decide what would be the ingredients of their burger. Just like what a King and Queen
do to their castle. We put the burger at the middle of castle because it is emphasized the
main products of our business. We also put the word " Burger Castle " in the front of the
clip art we made, to be easily recognize what kind of product we offer to our future
costumer.

Business Tagline:
"Imagination to your Burger"
We made it because burger castle aims to bring the customer's imagination into
reality through creating their own burger castle.

R.E. Chico St. Baliwag, Bulacan. In front of St. Mary’s College of Baliwag.
We chose this location because it can easily be find by the customers since it is infront
of the school and near at St. Augustine Church, wherein it is surrounded by lots of people.

Mission
Burger Castle aims to entertain our costumers through allowing them to choose and
create their own burger dressing and toppings. To gain their trust with our product through
providing them the best quality of burger so we can meet the complete satisfaction of every
customers according to their expectations.

Vision
Burger castle sees itself as an entertaining burger shop and one of our customer’s
favorite place to eat that gives enjoyment and continually produce good quality of burger
and sell it with a reasonable price.

Goal

Burger Castle wants to become popular that recognized as one of the best and
successful burger shop and to be our costumer's favorite place to eat and also to become
widely expanded branches around Bulacan area.

Objectives:
1. To satisfy the customers by giving them best quality of burger.
2. To sell it reasonable andaffordable price.
3. To ensure the cleanliness of the facility and the food hygiene to prevent food
contamination for the safety of every customers.
4. To give enjoyment to the customers by allowing them to choose and create their own
style of burger.
5. To provide a good customer service through having a good communication between
customers and staffs.

Demand Analysis
Burger is one of the most customer’s favorite food to eat especially when they are
having snack. Burger is in demand to our chosen location of our business because we are
surrounded by lots of schools where in there are lots of student who loves to eat burger as
their snack that is why, we make up this kind of business that gives enjoyment and can be
achieve in affordable price.

As presented on this table, out of 399 respondents, there are 346 (86.72%)
participants who says “yes”. Based on their gender, 189 (54.62%) are female, and 157
(45.38%) are male. Based on their age, 326 (94.22%) are in the age of 13-25 and 20
(5.78%) are in the age of 26-39. There are 309 (89.30%) who are still single and 37
(10.70%) are already married. Based on the respondents occupation, Employed
respondents are 64 (18.50%) and unemployed are 282 (81.50%). On the other hand, there
are 53 (13.28%) respondents who answered “No”. 29 (54.72%) are female and 24 (45.28%)
are male. 49 (92.45%) of the participants are single and 4 (7.55%) are married. Employed

got 14 (26.42%) and unemployed got 39 (73.58%). Therefore this table shows that most of
the people wants to make and create their own style of burger.

As reflected on this table, bacon has the largest number of respondents 262
(21.89%) out of 399 participants. Based on their gender, female got 142 (54.20%) and male
got 120 (45.80%). There are 246 (93.89%) in the age of 13-25 and 16 (6.11%) are in the
age of 26-39. Based on their civil status, 241 (91.98%) are single and 21 (8.02%) are
married respondents. In their occupation, 56 (21.37%) are employed while the 206
(78.63%) are still unemployed. Beef patty got 224 (18.71%), based on their gender, there
are 115 (51.34%) of female and 109 (48.66%) are male. In the age of 13-25, there are 216
(96.43%) respondents and 8 (3.57%) are in the age of 26-39 years old. There are 205
(91.52%) single respondents and 19 (8.48%) are married. 35 (15.63%) are employed and
189 (84.37%) are unemployed participants. Chicken patty got 178 (14.87%). There are 110
(61.80%) female and 68 (38.20%) of male. In the age of 13-25 there are 174 (97.75%) and
4 (2.25%) in the age of 26-39. Based on their civil status there are 169 (94.94%) single and
9 (5.06%) married. In their occupation there are 62 (34.83%) employed and 116 (65.17%)
unemployed respondents. egg got 164 (13.70%), there are 91 (55.49%) female and 73
(44.51%) of male. 153 (93.29%) are in the age of 13-25 and 11 (6.71%) are in the age of
26-39. 141 (85.98%) are single and 23 (14.02%) are married. 41 (25%) are employed and
123 (75%) are unemployed respondents. vegetable got 208 (17.38%), in this option there
are 120 (57.69%) female and 88 (42.31%) of male. In the age of 13-25, there are 190
(91.35%) and 18 (8.65%) are in the age of 26-39. 193 (92.79%) of single participants and
15 (7.21%) are married. 63 (30.29%) are employed and 145 (69.71%) are unemployed

participants. The last option is ham, that got 161 (13.45%). In the gender of female there
are 101 (62.73%) and 60 (37.27%) of male. In the age of 13-25 there are 150 (93.17%)
and 11 (6.83%) respondents are in the age of 29-39. There are 143 (88.82%) single
respondents and 18 (11.18%) are married participants. 35 (21.74%) are employed and 126
(78.26%) are still unemployed respondents.

In this table, there are 157 (39.35%) respondents who answered that they often eat
burger for atleast 1-2 times a week. This option got the highest percentage of answers.
Based on their gender, there are 80 (50.96%) of female and 77 (49.04%) of male.
According to their age, there are 155 (98.73%) are in the age of 13-25 years old and 2
(1.27%) are in the age 26-39. Based on their civil status there are 148 (94.27%) single and

9 (5.73%) married. 31 (19.75%) are employed and 126 (80.25%) are unemployed. On the
other choices, the option of everyday got 38 (9.52%) respondents and 169 (42.36%) for

percentage. 172 (55.48%) are female and 138 (44.52%) are male. In the age of 13-25, there
are 291 (93.87%) participants while the 19 (6.13%) are in the age of 26-39%. 275 (88.71%)
are single and 35 (11.29%) are married. There are 56 (18.06%) are employed and 254

(81.94%) are unemployed. In 399 respondents there are 89 (22.31%) says that they are
willing to spend 100 pesos up to 150 pesos. There are 46 (51.69%) female and 43 (48.51%)
male. In the age 0f 13-25 there are 84(94.38%) while 5(5.62%) are in the age og 26-39.
Based on their civil status, there are 78 (87.64%) single and 11(12.36%) are married
respondents. On their occupation there are 22 (24.72%) employed and 67 (75.28%)
unemployed.

percentage which has 287 (71.93%). Based on their gender there are 160 (55.75%) female
and 127 (44.25%) of male respondents. In the age of 13-25 there are 269 (93.73%) while

age of 13-25 years old and 8 (4.52%) are in the age of 26-39 years old. There are 153

are 41 (23.16%) employed participants and 136 (76.84%) are unemployed respondents.
Price got 109 (27.31%) variety of option have 78 (19.55%) and good customer service got

the largest number of respondents. It have 162 (40.60%) as a total. There are 84 (51.85%)
of female and 78 (48.15%) of male. Based on their age, there are 154 (95.06%) are in the
age of 13-25 years old and 8 (14.94%) are in the age of 26-39 years old. Based on the civil
status of the respondents there are 150 (92.60%) single and 12 (7.40%) are already married.
There are 23 (14.19%) employed respondents and 139 (85.81%) are unemployed
respondents. Juice have 140 (35.09%) and water got 97 (24.31%) respondents.
