The Conceptual Framework will serve as the representation of the process of the

research project from input, process and the output. For the input it consist the hardware and

software to be used on this project. The Arduino IDE will serve as the brain of the researcher`s

and the main material for the system to command the other part of the system to do their task.

The Limit Detectors will serve as the quantity of materials we used in making tiles. The Linear

Actuators will serve as the digital computing device that is primarily used for automation of the

machines. The Motor Driver this is used for protecting our Arduino for high current signal and is
used to control motor using Arduino. The Mixing Extrusion that will used for mixing all the

materials to make output. The Press Moulding will serve as mechanical pressure to compact the

all materials. The Shredded PET will serve as the Cutting the large quantities into a small chip.

The Wi-Fi Module that the researcher will going to use to access other device and access

Arduino using cellphone or other device.
