Hello, I am a seasoned Software Quality Assurance and Solution


delivery professional who loves to accept challenges and provide right
results. With experience ranging from several business venues, I have
been part of IT industry since 1998. Here is a look at the services I can
provide for you, your team, and your company.

1. Technical Documentation and Content Writing:


I have both experience in Technical and non-technical writing. I have compiled technical user manuals for Supply
Chain Management, Human Capital System, and General Ledger Application. I have also written numerous articles
for TechJuice and ProPakistani, as well as international blogging sites and magazines. My experience also include
book reviewing and paid blogging activities for different assignments on twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

2. Trainings / and / Training Session Management:


I have provided functional testing training and sessions to 100+ professionals so far since 2012. (in Lahore, Karachi,
Islamabad, and Peshawar). I have training with the range of flash course of 4 hours, 1 day, and complete 3 days
functional testing course.

3. Setting up Processes / Issue Tracking Tools and test management Tools:


Have experience on customizing and implementing Issue tracking tool at Sidat Hyder, as well as worked on JIRA,
Trello, Slack, and Quip. I have also worked on Kualitee and Test Rail for test management. For processes, I have
experience of ISO 9000 and knows how to construct QMS processes, conduct internal quality audit, construct test
processes, test cycles, and working in agile environment.

4. Test Estimations, strategy and Time:


Being part of agile teams I have also taken training for test time estimation and have also provided estimations for
QA task within a sprint, and also for a Waterfall large system models.

5. Team and Project Coordination:


I have always worked in this role, and have coordinated with clients, internal teams and also within
implementation and development teams for smoother project deliveries.

6. Software Process Flow Diagrams and mind mapping:


Being part of large IT Teams, I have proven experience of constructing technical documentation, process flows and
quality assurance documentations for applications. These documents were designed to be understood at both
development and client ends. I have experience in creating software flow diagrams, user stories, and workflows for
different foreign projects and for the companies I have worked for.

7. Quality Assurance and Software Testing:


I have extensive experience in functional and context driven software testing. I have also worked on both large and
small projects, including ERP, Websites, and Mobile applications. I have also worked on different freelance
assignments including Web Application and conventional desktop applications.
