RESOURCE SUBJECT

I humbly request for a special examination for Human Rights Law, Summer term SY 18-19. Due
to unforeseen events and following the LEB memorandum suspension of classes, our scheduled final
exams last 17 July 2019, Wednesday, was cancelled and postponed to 22 July 2019, Monday.
Unfortunately, I would not be able to make it on the said date as I have a scheduled flight on Saturday,
20 July 2019 at 2’oclock pm which was booked a few months ago. Efforts were made to make
arrangements with my classmates proved to be futile as they have other scheduled exams and prior
commitments on other dates earlier than Saturday.

It is in this light that I write this letter to request if I could take the said final examination earlier
than scheduled which would be on 20 July 2019, Saturday morning, at a time that you prefer. I
sincerely apologize for the inconvenience I have caused and I hope for your kind consideration.
