STANDART OPERATING PROCEDURE CONFIGURATION
FLOBOSS 103
Before configuring a Floboss using a PC/Laptop, make sure that you have equipments as follow:
1. Connecting FLOBOSS 103 to PC/Laptop
To make connection between PC/laptop and Floboss103 After connecting Hardware Floboss 103 to
PC/Laptop with USB Serial RS-232, Open ROCLINK 800 software.
User ID : LOI
Password : 1000
Alternatively, press Alt+Enter.
On directory tree or toolbar menu Click “ROC” Direct connect
Make sure the connection status between the ROC and the FloBoss is ON-LINE (Green Color)
as indicated on the lower right hand of the display.
1. Meter Set Up
General
On toolbar menu Click “Meter” Setup
Select General Tab
Write the Meter Tag and Meter Description for device identity
Set Meter Type Orrifice
Calculation Standard 1992 AGA3 Parameter wil appear automatically
Set Flow Alarming Disable
Input Pipe Diameter size value
Please input Pipe Inner Diameter size correctly refer to Piping Inner Diameter Chart
Input Orrifice Diameter size value
Set Low Flow Cut off 1,0 InH2O
Click “Apply” “Update”
1.2 I/O Definition
Click Input Tab on Meter Setup Menu
Set Stacked DP Disable
Averaging Technique Flow Dependent Linear
Click “Apply” “Update”
Click the button bellow I/O Definition to select Pameter Preset for Static pressure, Static Pressure
and Temperature I/O Definition.
For Differential Pressure Select AIN A1, EU
For Static Pressure Select AIN A2, EU
For RTD Select AIN A3, EU
1.3 Gas Quality
Click Gas Quality Tab On Meter Set Up Menu
Input data Gas Quality refer to Laboratory Analysis Result. Ensure Total Mole is 100%
Select Log Methane Adjust Enable
Select Heating Value Basis Wet
Select / Input Heating Value Enter, enter heating value
Select / Input Specific Gravity Enter, enter specific gravity
Select Gas Quality Constant
Click “Apply” “Update” “OK”
2. Configure I/O (Input and Output)
2.1 Configurating I/O Differential Pressure.
On toolbar menu Click “Configure” I/O AI Point
Select Analog Input : “1-Diff Press”
Input the Low Reading EU and High Reading EU Value to set the Range of differential
pressure, Please refer to the floboss sensor data sheet or the Tag of specification.
Click “Apply” “Update”
2.2 Setting I/O: Static Pressure
Select Analog Input : “2-Static”
Input the Low Reading EU and High Reading EU Value to set the Static pressure range,
Please refer to the floboss sensor data sheet or the Tag of specification.
Click “Apply” “Update”
2.3 Setting I/O: RTD
Select Analog Input : “3-RTD”
Input the Low Reading EU and High Reading EU Value to set the Termperature range, Please
refer to the RTD specification.
Click “Apply” “Update” “OK”
4. Calculation Result
On toolbar menu Click “Meter” Value
Click “Apply” “Update” “OK”
5. Configuration Display
On toolbar menu Click “Configure” LCD User List
Click “Apply” “Update” “OK”
