Accomplishment report of the Chapter Presidents of the Barangay representing the 28


Barangays

During the Federated meeting held at the Office of the Senior Citizen
Affairs, 31 Chapter Presidents attended the meeting. The Federated meeting was held on
2nd Friday of the month that was presided by the Federated President, Mrs. Corazon
Ragas, prayer was led by Barangay Poblacion then followed by the Pambansang Awit.
Agendas were presented to the body for further discussion. But before the discussion,
visitors came who happened to be the administration candidates and the President gave
way for each candidate to have time to present their platform of government if ever they
will be elected as City Councilors after the election. Each of them were given a 3 minute
time by the President to present then after that, the regular Federated meeting
continued and different chapter presidents participated the discussion of the agendas
presented by Mrs. Ragas, the Federated President. It was indeed a successful meeting.
Most of the chapter president's issue and concern is about the qualified senior citizens
to receive pension but the Federated President informed the body that until now there
is no additional pensioners yet and the President told them to wait if ever there will be
additional pensioners. Their plan is to enroll more senior citizens and some of them
planned to have their own Senior Citizen a center.

Accomplishment report for the month of May

May 2-3, 2019 - Office work was done, distributed senior citizen information sheet for
National I.D. Enrolled new applicants who are eager and qualified to join senior citizen.

May 6-9, 2019 - Office work was done, enrolled new prospects for senior citizen,
distributed I.D.s for senior citizen, gave purchase booklet for their medicines
maintenance and distributed information senior citizen sheet for late registrant of Birth
Certificate.

May 10, 2019 - Office work was done at 8:00am to 8:45am, distributed I.D.s for senior
citizen before the Federated meeting which started by exactly 9:00am. It was held at the
OSCA Office, started with a prayer followed by the Pambansang Awit. Mrs. Ragas
presided the meeting where the Administration visited us and presented their platform
of the government if given a chance to be elected or re-elected in the position they
desired for. The meeting went on smoothly after the candidates left. Mrs. Ragas
presented the different agendas for further discussion and it was a very successful
meeting.

May 13, 2019 - Election Day where all of us voted for the Administration Candidates.

May 14-15, 2019 - Office work was done, enrolled new applicants for senior citizen,
distributed purchase booklets as to avail discount of 20% of the medicines they purchase
from drugstores.

May 16, 2019 - Field work was done. I went to Sitio Gamao, Barangay Narra, Bayawan
City to conduct regular monthly meeting to senior citizens. I presided the meeting at the
said place which started with a prayer and then the National Anthem. I presented to
them different agendas which was discussed at their present.

May 20-23, 2019 - Office work was done, distributed different I.D.s for senior citizen,
distributed information sheet for late senior citizen whose birth certificates were not
registered by their parents, distributed purchase booklets for their medicines
maintenance.

May 27-31, 2019 - Office work was done. Enrolled applicants for senior citizen,
distributed senior citizen I.D.s and purchase booklet. Gave information sheet for those
senior citizen who applied for late registration.
