It`s easy to share forms to specific people or to a broad audience by embedding forms on
your website or sharing via Google +, Facebook or Twitter. Data validation rules can make sure
email addresses are properly formatted, dates are correct and that people get the right questions
based on their previous answers.

DIFFERENTIATE PREZI AND EMAZE?

Prezi is a web-based tool for creating presentations (called prezis for short). It's similar to
other presentation software like Microsoft PowerPoint, but it offers some unique features that
make it a good alternative. In recent years, it has become popular in schools and businesses.This
concept is much easier to describe with a visual aid, so we've embedded a sample prezi below
For one thing, Prezi is completely free to use. There are upgrades you can pay for to unlock
additional features, but everything you need to create and share a dynamic prezi is available free
of cost. Another great reason to use Prezi is that it is run entirely through your web browser,
meaning there will be fewer compatibility issues than with other programs like PowerPoint. Your
prezi will always look the same, no matter what computer you're viewing it on, while Emaze is
a free, online presentation tool that is easy to use and has some beautiful features. You sign in,
select one of their amazing templates, create your presentation, and share it. The presentations
are created in HTML5 so they are available on any web-enabled device. Presentations can be
traditional slides, videos or even 3D. You can create a presentation from scratch, or import a
PowerPoint. When you import a PowerPoint file, it will ask you which Emaze theme you want to
use and then it will apply that theme to the file.They even have an offline viewer that you can
use to be able to view your presentation and show it when you don't have an internet
connection.There is also a library of presentations that you can use and modify. The free account
is very good and you can upgrade to paid accounts for more features. They also work with school
districts and colleges on volume licensing for premium accounts.
It's a nice alternative to other products like PowerPoint and Google Slides with some different
visual features.
