Workplace Gender Equality: A Reality Check!

The survey found that while employees feel valued, women perceive less support for gender equality from top management and biases in opportunities and pay. Though leave arrangements are flexible, both men and women believe using flexible options could impact their commitment. Sexual harassment incidents were reported, especially among women, but few know how to report or address such issues.
