This is with reference to the broad band connection associated with my landline number 0832-
2791674, customer Id: 1017546829, Account number: 1017763830 . Due to repeated issues
with your connection in our area due to frequent outages and cable breakage, the use of your
service has been quite frustrating and wasn’t working at all although bills were paid well in
time.

Due to the same, I request you to please disconnect the Broadband connection for 0832-
2791674 effective from August 2018.
