Construction of DAC block for Ultrasonic inspection

Note:

1 The surface of the block should be smooth and construction of the block is
shown in fig 1:
2 The drilling of the holes should be of flat bottom hole i.e.., flat drill bit is to be
used.
3 The size of the hole to be drilled as per the thickness of the job is mentioned in
the table 1.
4 The block should be of same material and ±10% of thickness of the job to be
inspected.
