Performance
The machine is used in organic film, water soluble film and sugar film.Put the chip into the coating roller,
the chip unceasingly makes complicated tracing movements in the clean and hermetic rotating coating
roller. In the movements, follwing the craftwork flow and reasonable craftwork parameters, coating
medium is automatically sprinkled, at the same tine, hot air is supplied under a negative pressure, which
is vented out through the chip layer from the bottom of the coating medium sprinkled on the chip surface
gets dried promptly and equally with forming a solid and sleek surface film.
Features:
1、 As required by the latest version of national “GMP”, the quantitative index instruction operation is
applied as possible as it could in the medication production craftwork process. This machine model
applies man-machine converse interfaced formed by color contact screen and microcomputer produced
by German Simens and a long-distance control (interface). It has the negative pressure valve display,
exhaust fan’s rotation speed display and control, supplied hot air volume display, air heater’s rotation
speed display control, main machine’s rotation speed display and control temperature display, setting and
control and pulp atomization control in the coating roller, so that digital quantity replaces the simulation
and implementation of the post operation method, parameters are operated with the same control,
produced medication in different lots to make the lot gap controlled in the minimun scope. Ensure
stability of the medication quality.
2、Under the streamline
diversion plate blender’s effect, the prime pistil overturns fluently, exchanges frequently and excludes
the collision phenomenon when the prime pistil falls from high, settles the fragment and knocked edge
and enhances finished product ratio. Surface of the diversion plate is narrow and small with excluding
adherence of dressing to its surface, saving the dressing and improving medication quality.
3、The creeping pump
with constant variable precludes return pope. The return radius of the roller varies any time with pressure
change, output and pulp spraying quantity automatically balance, which stabilize the atomization effect,
simplify the atomization system, prevent spray gun clogging and save dressing, what’s more, it is simple
to clean and without any dead angle.
4、The spray gun especially designed and manufactured for the coating machine is in that the atomization
is equal, the spraying is large and the universal adjustable nozzle is independent from loading volume;
timely cleaning to the gun clogging may make the coating continually go on, dwindle coating time and
 save the coating dressing

ubicar el equipo, para proyectar en él, la ubicación y

PLANTA; MANIOBRAS Y
instalación de los equipos.
REVISION
En cuanto el equipo llegue a la planta del cliente; personal
técnico del proveedor estará presente para presenciar las
maniobras de descarga e inspeccionar los equipos. Esto
libera al cliente de responsabilidades en cuanto a faltantes
de accesorios, daños en el equipo, etc. De no respetar
este punto, el proveedor no se hará responsable de
faltantes y/o daños en el equipo.
