1. QUEST FINANCIAL SERVICES 2019 REGISTRATION
1.1 PROPOSED SERVICES AND SUPPLY PRODUCTS
Centre for Innovation in Technology (CIT) a tradename of Plontberg Manufacturing (PVT) Ltd is
pleased to submit its 2019 registration for website development, the supply of computers, printers,
consumables and signage to Quest Financial services so that it attains its goal of providing first-
class financial services to its clients. We develop, host and maintain interactive websites and the
development of mobile applications (ICT) which are in sync with the website to increase the ease of
doing business. CIT supplies quality computers, printers, photocopiers, projectors, and their
respective accessories. We also supply billboards, branding, and signage (Promotional) services to
various clients within and around Zimbabwe. As CIT welcome the opportunity to register and work
with Quest Financial services for the year 2019.

2. SCOPE OF WORK

CIT understands that Quest Financial services seek to be the icon of excellence in the provision of
high-quality financial services and provide sustainable financial solutions, which are in line with the
Government’s Agenda of becoming a middle-class income economy by 2030. Therefore, as CIT we
believe we can assist through Information Communication Technology (ICT) services and the supply
of branding, signage, billboards, computers, printers and their respective consumables at competitive
prices to Quest Financial services so that it achieves its goals.

Our Supply services are given hereunder:

 SUPPLY OF BILLBOARDS, SIGNAGE, AND BRANDING – CIT has vast experience in

corporate branding, graphic design, and outdoor advertising so as to increase the market share
of Quest Financial services.
 Quest Financial services Mobile App – The Q3 2017 Telecom Report by the Postal and
Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (Potraz) reported an increase of
Zimbabwe’s mobile penetration rate from 97% in Q2 2018 to 100.5 in Q3 2018. Subscriptions
across all three networks of Zimbabwe rose to a total of 13 799 648 from 13 311 223 subscribers
recorded in Q2. With a mobile penetration rate of 100.5% in Q3 of 2017, Quest Financial
services will likely have a high share in the penetration rate hence, the need to communicate
with them through and on mobile devices. The mobile app will be downloadable free from

 Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and Windows Play Store to cater for both Android
Technology, Apple-IOS and Windows phones respectively. The mobile application will also
be in sync with the website to enhance the ease of doing business, for example, monthly
repayment of loans and financial advice to various clients.

5.1 DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF A SECURE AND INTERACTIVE WEBSITE

1 PLANNING PROCESS

Requirements Gathering and Documentation

In this phase of the web design project, we gather the project requirements and detail stakeholder needs
to develop formal solutions and document all of the Quest Financial services goals. It’s this research
and discussion that help the project process, registration, marketing, and stakeholder participation to
go smoothly and ensure that we have all the requirements, needs and “wish list” items identified. CIT
believes the design process is a collaboration that fuses our creative strengths with your in-depth
understanding to produce a website that will exceed expectations.

Project Planning
During this phase, we will have project meetings, for example, with the Information Technology
Department, Communication and Public Relations Department staff, as well as, any other staff needed
to review design ideas, gather content, review layouts, and set requirements for subordinate sites. CIT
can also provide the client with a designated log-in and password to access our project management
software, where all project communication can filter. This can also serve as a central repository for
existing content from stakeholders while the site is under development.

Website Design
Integral to the success of the Quest Financial services website will be the design process and creating
a professional face for the new website. The site must be clean and sophisticated, present information
in a way that is useful to the user and allows the user to quickly locate what is needed. To that end,
CIT will work closely with the client to create a design that meets with their approval while drawing
on their own experience in website development. CIT will utilize Photoshop and CorelDraw software
to model design concepts, as needed, to provide the client with the best overall design possible. All
designs will be responsive to maximize the users experience on mobile devices. CIT staff will be
working hand and glove with Quest Financial services staff to meet the entities needs and wants.

2 DEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Phase I: Strategy & Concept Development

Great design starts by understanding your objectives, we begin by asking questions. We work to
understand the goals of the Quest Financial services firm. We will define any design problems and
develop strategies for solving those problems effectively and memorable. The tiered content approval
levels will be established by understanding the process and incorporating it into the website design.

Using the insight gained from the Quest Financial services experts and an analysis of the required
content for the site, we will select several design alternatives that will communicate the material, with
minimal modification, to visually express your core message with intuitive navigation. Every choice,
from layout and color to type size and style is made in collaboration with you and your communication
goals in mind. We then present the initial concepts to you and work with you to turn the concept into
a comprehensive design. The best idea will be chosen for further development. Meetings will be
scheduled as needed to accomplish a complete understanding and to foster cooperation among the
entire group of stakeholders and the Contractor.
At this stage we will provide:
• A design brief describing our understanding of Quest Financial services goals and parameters
• A detailed schedule to guide the process.
• Three to four strategic design concepts for evaluation
• Final design selected and signed approval from Quest Financial services.

Phase II: Web Site Design & Development

Once the best design is selected and approved, the heavy lifting development work is done next. At
this phase, we examine the details, ensuring that every element works to aid the communication
objectives of the project. The architecture and site map is completed. The CSS (Cascading Style
Sheets) are flushed out and the WordPress CMS (Content Management System) is developed.
At this stage we will provide:
• Complete website (skeleton) complete

Phase III: Production Management & Implementation

Now that the proper planning and development is in place, we implement the plan. The final website
developed is ready for the migration of graphics and text. We proof and refine the design and content,
check, double-check, proof again, and prepare the design for the final production environment. Then
we proof your project again and provide the preliminary site to you for review.

5.3 HOSTING YOUR WEBSITE
