Tenant Undertaking - Pending Documents

The tenant is allowed to stay in the premises on a provisional basis until certain pending documents are submitted and verified. The tenant must submit the listed pending documents by a specified date or they may be evicted with 3 days notice and any fees paid will be forfeited. TENANT UNDERTAKING

C. In case I fail to submit the documents/certificates by date as mentioned above or found ineligible or

Owner/Management reserves the right to evict me with 3-days notice and can take any other action as
deemed appropriate without any of my concern required. I shall have no claim for refund of fee or other
charges already paid or whatsoever against the Owner. Further any Fees and charges as already paid by
me shall stand forfeited.
