This agreement is between actor Aditya Sharma and producer Varsha Agarwal. ACTOR AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into by and between


Aditya Sharma (the “Actor”) and Varsha Agarwal
(the “Producer”).

The Actor hereby grants to the Production team named as


“Roam and Roll” and to its licensees, assignees, and
other successors-in-interest, all rights of every kind and
character, in perpetuity, in and to the Actor’s performance,
appearance, likeness, name and/or voice (the
“Performance”) in connection with three music videos
entitled under project “Dream and Rock Trilogy“
encompassing cover videos on songs -

1. Queen’s Under Pressure,


2. Sympathy for the Devil – guns n roses cover
3. Pink floyd’s Breathe

which is based on the concept and outline by Abhinav


Chhabra (the “Director”).

The Actor hereby authorizes the Production team to


photograph, videotape, film and record (on film, tape, or
any other medium), the Performance and audition(s) for
the Performance; to edit the same at its discretion and to
include it with the performances of others and with sound
effects, special effects, digital effects and music; to
incorporate the same into the music videos, picture,
trailers, posters or other materials or programs related to
the Picture; to use and to license others to use such
records and photographs in any manner or media
whatsoever, including without limitation unrestricted use
for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion;
and to use my name, likeness, voice, biography or other
information concerning me in connection with the Picture
and for any other purpose associated with the Picture.
The Actor further acknowledges that the Production team
owns all rights to the music videos/project.

The Production team won’t be able to monetize the project


as these are cover videos to be made on already owned
and released songs. Henceforth, team won’t be able to
compensate the Actor for the Performance. But sincerely
presents gratitude to Actor for making the project happen.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Production


team, the Actor agrees to be available for filming on all
locations informed by Production. The actor agrees to be
available for
filming on following dates

September 15, 2019 to September 21, 2019

And on two reserve days to be called on as advised by


Production if required in the future.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement by and


between the Actor and the Production team and
supersedes any and all prior contracts, understandings,
negotiations, and agreements with respect to the
Production team and the subject matter hereof, whether
oral or written.

I agree to all the statements written above and confirm that


the details in my ID proof attached are correct to the best
of my knowledge.
