Points to Remember
 Work order should be in writing
 Km & Time will be Calculated from our Garage to our Garage.
 Parking Charge, Permit Charges, Entry Taxes & Toll Charges has to be paid by the
Customer.
 No Extra Charges for Audio Systems.
 No Night Halt Charges.
 No Hidden Charges
 For City limit Usage calculation will be taken for minimum 5Hrs , 10Hrs if it exceeds
7Hrs, 15Hrs if it exceeds 12Hrs vise versa….
 Maximum of our driver’s were provided with Mobile Phones, so as no communication
problems will arise
 Outstation Days will be calculated in the calendar day basis
 Above quoted rates includes Vehicle Hire Charge, Fuel Charge, Maintenance,
Driver Salary and Bata.
 Payment should be released on submission of our bills
