1. 100% Payment Confirured, Uroestricted Irrevocable and l'ithout recourse letter of credit bv direct rcimbursement on Nes'York Bmk should bear the clause of
payment 180 days from B/L date. Rate and interest and local stamp dutY outside the credit amoult.
2. L/CG) for total contracted goods to be opened within ten days from the date of the contract.
