SYNOPSIS

Title of the Project :- Travel & Tourism Management.

INTRODUCTION :-

The purpose of this project Travel and Tourism Management System is to provide the complete
information about the vehicles available for a tour. There are 2 different types of users.

 First the customer visits the site and enters the place from where to where he wishes to
travel. He also provides the date as when he would like to travel. Then he sends these details to
the travel and tourism agency.
 The employee of travel and tourism agency receives the mail and check which vehicle is
available for that day and reverts back to the customer along with the quotation. If the customer
agrees for any one of the quotation, he can reply back along with agreed quotation. Then the
agency will take down all the details of the customer and will send a confirmation message to
the customer.
 On the day of the tour, the customer first must show the confirmation message to the
driver for clarity and only then he will agree to drive after looking at the confirmation message.

Functionalities provided by Travel and Tourism Management System :-

 Travel and Tourism Management System provides the searching facilities based on various
factors. Such as Customer, Travel Agent, Package, Transportation, Booking, Hotel, Tour.

 Travel and Tourism Management System also manage the details online for Customer,
Travel Agent, Package, Transportation, Booking, Hotel, Tour.
 It tracks all the information of Customer, Travel Agent, Package, Transportation, Booking, etc

 Manage the information of Customer.

 Shows the information and description of the Package.

 To increase efficiency of managing the Booking.

 It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Payments.

 Manage the information of Travel Agent.

 Editing, adding and updating of Records is improved which results in proper resource
management of Travel and Tourism Management System data.

 Manage the information of Transportation.

 Integration of all records of Registrations.

Report Generation :-

 It generates the report on Customer, Travel Agent, Package, Transportation, Booking,


Hotel.

 Provide filter reports on Customer, Travel Agent, Package, Transportation, Booking,


Hotel.

 You can easily export PDF for the Customer, Travel Agent, Package, Transportation,
Booking, Hotel, Tour.

 Application also provides excel export for Customer, Travel Agent, Package,
Transportation, Booking, Hotel, Tour.

 You can also export the report into CSV format for Customer, Travel Agent, Package,
Transportation, Booking, Hotel, Tour.
