General information

Suitable for pipe clamps, shoes and cable trays.
Can be used for supported or suspended pipes.
Compensates for on-site tolerances and remains
fully adjustable for future modifications.

The KON 41/V cantilever is freely adjustable from an
angle of -56° to +56°, and can be fixed to curved cast-
in channel or surface-mounted framing channel using
HALFEN T-bolts*, or directly to the tunnel wall including
curved or inclined surfaces.

Fixing the rear bracket
It is recommended to first fix the rear bracket of the cantilever
to the support. Depending on the cantilever arm angle, access Tinst see assembly
to the installation bolts is easier this way. The cantilever arm is instructions for the bolts

Installation of the cantilever arm

In a second step or if the cantilevers are delivered dis-
assembled, the cantilever arm must be installed and
secured observing a tightening torque of 10 Nm on the
nut holding the cantilever arm to the rear bracket.
If required, for example if the cantilever is exposed to vi-
bration, removable thread-locking liquid can be used to

Adjustment
The KON 41/V cantilever is easily set to the correct angle
by loosening the toothed plates. The bracket is set to the
required angle and the bolt re-tightened with a
tightening torque of 10 Nm.

Die Flexible HALFEN Konsole KON 41/V lässt sich

Abhängig vom Einstellwinkel wird empfohlen, zuerst den Kon-
solrücken zu montieren, und den Arm in einem zweiten Monta- Tinst siehe Schrauben-

muss der Ausleger montiert werden. Das Anzugsmoment
von 10 Nm ist einzuhalten. Wir empfehlen, die Mutter mit
einer flüssigen und leicht demontierbaren Schraubensiche-
rung zu montieren.

rage de 10 Nm doit être respecté. Nous recommandons de
monter les écrous avec un frein filet liquide et facilement
démontable.
