Scope of Work
Prepare work activities in sequence, establish weekly firm activities and look ahead activities
Prepare work request of activities as specified in the firm and lookahead and secure approval
Prepare a project logbook as client’s requirement and provide daily entries of activities and project events, maintain
Conduct daily toolbox meeting to a maximum of 15 minutes for the crew that will be dispatched for the day
Maintain a daily monitoring and updating of quantity accomplished and plug it it BOQ for the project
Maintain a bulletin board for the posting of project announcement and information and other matters

Maintain a daily monitoring and updating of quantity accomplished and plug it it BOQ for the project
Update the SOWA for Sub-con billing and monitoring for Civil, Structural, Architectural, Roofing, Rebars, and Masonry Works.
Monitor and Supervise the daily activities of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Roofing, Rebars, and Masonry Works.

Maintain a daily monitoring and updating of quantity accomplished and plug it it BOQ for the project
Update the SOWA for Sub-con billing and monitoring for Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and HVAC Works
Monitor and Supervise the daily activities of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and HVAC Works
Toolbox the Manpower for the daily activities of Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and HVAC Works
Ensure that subcontractors (for Mechanical, Fire Protection, Plumbing and HVAC Works) adhere with relevant quality records
materials that the project requires.

Maintain a daily monitoring and updating of quantity accomplished and plug it it BOQ for the project
Update the SOWA for Sub-con billing and monitoring for Electical Works
Monitor and Supervise the daily activities of Electrical Works
Toolbox the Manpower for the daily activities of Electrical Works

Maintain a daily monitoring and updating of quantity accomplished and plug it it BOQ for the project
Ensures that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Collect all ETS (Equipment Time Slip) and encode on SAP.

Conducts safety inspections at the assigned project.


Monitors manpower activities and monitors violation at the assigned project.
Submits daily activities form and log book to plant safety head.
Conducts daily safety toolbox meeting.
Monitors project and sub-contractors housekeeping.
Conducts job hazard analysis and recommendation to safety head.
Provides accident and incident report form.
Strictly implements PPE’s during works in all sub-contractors and all personnel at the project site.
Properly sorts material handling and storage with the following classification arrangement and description:
· Scrap area (material recovery facility)
· Tool storage
· Motorized and electrical operated storage
· Flammable item storage (Gasoline, LPG, Diesel, Oil)
· Paint and assorted type of chemical silica material

Prepare working and shop drawings for every phase of the work as basis for assignment and details for the foreman to follow

In charge in time keeping and Manpower monitoring such as:


· Downloading of attendance daily
· In charge in all Biometric units; ensure in good working condition
· Monitor check in, break in and check out of employees through Biometric or DTR
· Update time and attendance schedules of employees
· Prepares daily manpower reports and submits monthly reports to Lead Timekeeper
· Prepare & submit reports of those oversubscribed in terms of tardiness, absenteeism, excessive leaves and AWOL to HR De
· Responsible of checking the workers’ belongings/bags before entering and leaving the construction site.

Store items in designated shelves, racks and storerooms.


Observe safety rules in storing items.
Label items/shelves to facilitate identification.
Update stock cards.
Apply First In, First Out (FIFO).
Issuance of withdrawal slip.
Monitor inventory levels.
